For every ton of plastic exported to Canada, ZafCANADA plants 10 Olive trees (removing 5 tons of carbon from the atmosphere)

Zeyit Afromontane Foundation is a Canadian charity that aims to clean Addis Ababa’s polluted rivers by recycling plastic waste in Addis Ababa into raw material for the Canadian plastics industry. For every ton of plastic exported to Canada, ZafCANADA plants 10 Olive trees. For every ton of recycled plastic purchased, five tons of carbon will be removed from the atmosphere.
